ScriptPace is a local-first teleprompter and practice tool. We try to keep scripts and practice work on your devices and state the product boundary plainly.

1. What we process
ScriptPace lets you use teleprompting and Remote features across Mac, iPhone, and Apple Watch. Scripts, reading position, practice transcripts, and pairing state may move between devices when you actively use those features. Unless the product explicitly says otherwise, we do not upload this content to a ScriptPace-operated server.
Voice Follow and voice practice use speech capabilities supplied by Apple. Processing can depend on your device, operating system, language resources, and permissions; the exact behavior is provided by the system available on your device.
2. What we do not do
- ScriptPace does not require an application account.
- ScriptPace has no advertising tracker, self-hosted analytics, or self-hosted telemetry service.
- ScriptPace does not store raw microphone audio or upload raw microphone audio to a ScriptPace server.
- ScriptPace does not use your scripts for automatic rewriting, advertising profiles, or training a self-hosted model.
3. Apple services and purchases
App Store, StoreKit, Apple Account, and system speech services are provided by Apple and governed by Apple's own terms and privacy policy. ScriptPace reads the current purchase entitlement available to the device so the same Pro entitlement can be restored across supported Apple platforms; ScriptPace never receives your Apple Account password.
4. Retention, deletion, and device control
The storage location for scripts, practice records, and transcripts depends on the current app version and device system. Use the deletion, cleanup, or uninstall paths provided by the app to manage local data. If you need to understand how information in a support request is handled, contact us through the support email.
5. Children and sensitive content
ScriptPace is not a medical, legal, or safety decision tool. Do not enter another person's sensitive information, confidential material, or protected content without the necessary authorization. You are responsible for having the rights needed to use your scripts and speech content.
6. Changes
If our data practices, third-party services, or product boundary changes, we will update this policy and the App Store Connect privacy answers before the change is released. Material changes may be called out in an appropriate product page or release note.
