Know what you are buying and using.
These terms describe the boundaries for the ScriptPace software, Pro purchases, and companion-device features.
Effective date: September 6, 2026
1. Software license
ScriptPace grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use ScriptPace on supported Apple devices that you own or control. You may not copy, reverse engineer, rent, resell, bypass purchase restrictions, or use ScriptPace for unlawful activity.
2. Pro products
Monthly Pro and Annual Pro are auto-renewable subscriptions. A subscription renews for the period shown at purchase unless you cancel through Apple's subscription management before the current period ends. Founder Lifetime is a one-time purchase that permanently unlocks the current ScriptPace Pro product line; it does not promise future cloud services, AI services, or other product lines.
Prices, taxes, territories, trials, and promotional conditions are those shown on the App Store purchase sheet. Annual pricing is charged annually and should not be understood only as a monthly price.
3. Apple purchases and refunds
App Store, Apple Account, payment, subscription cancellation, refunds, and billing are handled by Apple and governed by Apple's applicable terms. ScriptPace does not store your Apple Account password or collect payment information on this website. Use Restore Purchases on a supported Apple platform to read the same Pro entitlement again.
4. Content and speech results
You must own or have the necessary rights to use any script you import, practice, or deliver. Voice following and transcript results depend on device, system, language resources, environment, and delivery style. ScriptPace does not guarantee perfect recognition, no paragraph mismatch, or suitability for every recording environment. Check your prompt and practice result before formal use.
5. Apple Watch companion
Apple Watch is a free ScriptPace Remote companion and does not have a separate Watch purchase. Available controls depend on the paired iPhone, device state, and supported watchOS capabilities.
6. Changes and disclaimer
We may update, limit, or discontinue parts of the service for security, compatibility, legal, or product reasons. Except where applicable law does not allow the exclusion, ScriptPace is provided as is and does not guarantee continuous availability, error-free behavior, or a particular recording outcome.
